Here at Vom Grossen Himmel we believe breeding for health and temperament are priority. The goal of our breeding program is to bring the healthiest German Shepherd possible and have dogs that you can take anywhere and do anything with. We offer Premium West German Showline German Shepherd puppies. Typically, our GSD puppies are red and black and occasionally we have import puppies available. We are located in Colorado.

Females
​Kaba is our pride and joy. She was one of our first imports out of the legendary Bad-Boll kennel in Germany. Kaba is not only the best dog we’ve ever owned she is the daughter of World Champion VA1 Mondo Di Casa Palomba. Mondo is one of the best producers the breed has seen.
He has produced exceptional dogs with amazing temperaments and top structure. Not only does Mondo produce those things he has produced extremely healthy dogs who are free of dysplasia of the hips and elbows. Mondo has a very significant amount of progeny who will continue his extremely successful line.
Difference Between Shows
SV- The German Club for Germans shepherds.
The SV has strict breeding requirements. In order to breed a German Shepherd in Germany the dogs must be titled in IGP, have a show rating, and a breed survey. In order to get a breed survey a dog must have passing hips and elbows as well as a minimum of a G show rating and an endurance tests to show the dog is in good health.
The dog is also needs to be tilted in IGP. IGP consists of tracking, obedience, and protection work. Dogs can also earn their herding titles in order to be deemed acceptable for breeding. Through all of these things a dog must be stable around gun fire.
